WildFire Connections is headquartered in Fort Mill, SC, just outside Charlotte. WildFire operates on a nationwide basis and is currently growing at a very rapid pace. The direct correlation between our struggling national economy and a spiraling national crime-rate, especially evident in public housing and multi-family housing complexes, has resulted in substantial company expansion over the last year.

WildFire’s nationwide customer service operation and Network Operating Center (NOC) is centralized in Rock Hill, SC. Our customer service operation handles all customer inquiries. Our NOC enables us to proactively monitor (24/7/365) all wireless camera and Wi-Fi equipment installed anywhere in the country....but also enables us to remotely correct technical problems that arise without dispatching local technicians....in 80%+ of the cases.

WildFire’s wireless combo-systems are assembled and tested prior to deployment in the field from our staging-center facility, which is also located in Rock Hill, SC. This is the first step in the company’s quality-control program that assures fast and smooth system installations in the field. Under our internal quality standards, every wireless combo-system will be fully assembled and tested (“burned-in”) at our facility prior to being transported to the customer’s site for the completion of the installation process.

The company’s Research & Development (R&D) center for our proprietary technology product line of wireless systems and components is located in Tampa, Florida. Our R&D commitment assures we will remain on the leading-edge of wireless technology development, while maintaining our current advantages in cost structure and system deployment processes. WildFire does not sell its’ proprietary technology to third parties, choosing instead to strategically use it to our own competitive advantage in the marketplace.
